THE GOAL

The historic elegance of the 135-year-old Jekyll Island Club and the modern luxury of the Jekyll Ocean Club are two different, but complimentary, stories to be told. The 19th-century Jekyll Island Club Resort reimagined public areas and accommodations to enhance guests’ experience and renovated building facades, each protected as part of the Jekyll Island National Historic District. To raise awareness for the Jekyll Island Club Resort, we capitalized on timely consumer interest in HBO’s “The Gilded Age” and the modern allure of the era’s fashion, travel, and experiences written about by Mark Twain. Our goal was to promote the history and heritage, period-curated culinary offerings and environs, and recreational activities among natural surroundings, and bring to life the resort’s exquisite experiential uniqueness.
