A lot can happen in 365 days—while looking back, we can’t help be proud of the banner year we had in support of clients in 2019.
We welcomed eight new partners to the Paradise family in 2019 including McKibbon Hospitality and Kahwa Coffee Roasting Company early in the year. The 4th quarter was especially successful with the addition of ZooTampa at Lowry Park, International Polo Club, Eureka Springs Arkansas Convention and Visitors Bureau, Tampa Bay Watch, Tampa Marriott Water Street and Ronald McDonald House Tampa Bay.
A number of existing clients renewed their partnerships with Paradise, including Santa Rosa County Convention and Visitors Bureau, Orlando Regional REALTORS® Association, LaPlaya Golf & Beach Resort, Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau, Macon Convention and Visitors Bureau, Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium and Vero Beach/Indian River County Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Since the January 2018 acquisition of the agency by Barbara and Tony Karasek, full-time staff has increased from 25 employees to 34. In addition, the agency launched a new in-house digital media and analytics team to manage digital media planning, ad optimization, and real-time analytics/optimization and campaign performance.
The agency also unveiled the Paradise “Data Depot,” an in-house managed analytics platform. The tool ingests dozens of client marketing data points in real-time, creating dashboards that integrate all marketing and communications KPIs, along with analysis and attribution modeling. The Data Depot has been a pivotal in-house resource to manage and manipulate all paid, earned, leveraged and owned marketing channels for Paradise partners.
Barbara Karasek, CEO and co-owner of Paradise was recognized for industry excellence by being honored as a 2019 Cynopsis Media Digital List Honoree. One of 30 receiving honors, she was the only agency representative from Florida to be selected. Additionally, Barbara has been selected to be a creative judge for the 2020 National Grocers Association Creative Choice Awards and 2020 Internet Marketing Awards.
“Our team at Paradise has performed exceptionally this year in support of our clients’ growth,” said Barbara Karasek, CEO and co-owner of Paradise. “It is gratifying to look back and assess the year as a whole in terms of both existing partner business growth and the expansion of the Paradise family. We are well-positioned for continued success in the coming year, particularly with recent team member additions and new initiatives launched for the benefit of our client roster.”
