In our first edition of Faces of Paradise for 2026, we spotlight a member of our talented Paid Media team. An unapologetic foodie, outdoors enthusiast, estate sale collector, Boston sports fan, and social media advertising expert, Justin Nartowicz is a person of many talents and interests. Take a few minutes to get to know him better.
What do you do at Paradise and how long have you been with the agency?
I serve as Paid Social Manager at Paradise. I started in July 2025, so I’ve been with the agency for roughly eight months now.
Tell us more about your role at Paradise
My role with Paradise is to work with the Paid Media and DMA teams to help construct and execute social media advertising campaigns and continually optimize them to achieve desired performance.
How long have you been in Marketing & Communications?
I’ve been working in Marketing & Communications for ten years, having started with Cox Media Group in 2016 and continuing as a paid media manager throughout my career.
Alma mater/degree
I graduated from St. Leo University in Tampa, FL with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration.
How do you spend your time when not connecting people to brands?
A lot of my time away from work is spent travelling or adventuring outdoors (hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, fishing). I also consider myself a “foodie” and won’t hesitate to plan a trip solely focused on experiencing new tastes in different parts of the country. My wife (Marlena) and I frequently make weekend trips to Portland (1.5-hour drive) just for the food! Lastly, I’m originally from Massachusetts, so I’m a prototypical Boston sports fan who loves watching games and collecting memorabilia from our teams.
Last tv series/show that you’ve binged or been hooked on?
Currently finishing up “Stranger Things.”
Favorite movie of all time?
“Kill Bill Vol. 1 & 2” and “Star Wars.”
What’s getting heavy rotation in your music playlist these days?
I have eclectic taste in music – Portugal, The Man, Phantogram, Johnny Cash, and The Revivalists.
What’s one thing about you that people would be surprised to learn?
I enjoy collecting antiquities from estate sales or auctions, with my favorite item I’ve acquired being an original copy of “Uncle Tom’s Cabin” from 1852. I’ve traveled to 44 of 50 U.S. states and all ten Canadian provinces. I’ve also attended baseball games at more than 20 Major League Baseball stadiums.
Favorite Paradise memory or experience?
So far, I’ve enjoyed our Monday meetings with the Paid Media Team – these provide a good opportunity to reset, gauge everybody’s workload, and charge up for the week ahead!
What does being a “Partner for Good” mean to you?
Showing up with intention, helping my team achieve its goals, and pushing forward toward success with a positive mindset.
