Paradise Named Agency of Record for the Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau
2019 is already off to an amazing start! We are delighted to announce that Paradise has been named the agency of record for the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau (LRCVB), the official destination marketing organization for Arkansas’ capital. Our multi-year partnership begins this month, and services will include a mix of strategic consulting, creative development and psychographic customer persona development and segmentation to complement LRCVB national media advertising. Paradise, one of the nation’s preeminent travel and tourism agencies, will work to increase Little Rock’s leisure and business visitation by promoting the city’s rich history, vibrant culture and exceptional dining scene to leisure travelers, meetings and conventions, eco-adventure enthusiasts, and sports groups.
“We are impressed with Paradise’s history of success with brands and tourism organizations and their sincere passion to specifically drive economic impact for destinations,” said Gretchen Hall, President and CEO of the LRCVB. “Little Rock strives to provide true hospitality and engaging experiences; we have an amazing culinary scene as well as first-class attractions and offer some of the best meeting facilities and hotels in our region. We partnered with Paradise to put Little Rock on the map as a must-see place to visit and stay.”
Perched on the banks of the Arkansas River, Little Rock is home to significant cultural attractions such as the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum, the Old State House Museum and Little Rock Central High School National Historic Site, which played a prominent role in the nation’s civil rights movement. The city also boasts a blossoming craft food and beverage scene, the iconic Big Dam Bridge, and dozens of outdoor parks and trails. Coupled with a new conference center, a newly renovated performing arts center, a spacious convention center, vibrant riverbank amphitheater, downtown market and streetcar network, the city is poised to become a hub for leisure and business travelers alike.
“We will apply a data-driven approach to everything we do to yield sustainable economic impacts throughout the destination,” said Barbara Karasek, CEO and co-owner of Paradise Advertising & Marketing. “Little Rock is a rising star and we can’t wait to hit the market with a number of powerful messages.”
Paradise will service the account from its headquarters in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida and will work with Little Rock-based firm, Mangan Holcomb Partners, for in-state advertising.
