Paradise announced today that four employees are taking on new leadership roles within the organization. Building on Paradise’s “people first” commitment, this newest round of promotions reflect the continued evolution of the company as well as its commitment to giving its clients the best.
With combined experience of over 40 years, each promoted team member brings a different background and unique understanding of the advertising, marketing and communications world. In their new roles, Glenn Bowman, Rudy Webb, Kristen Murphy and Danielle Ackerman will restructure the foundation of Paradise for the future.
Glenn Bowman has been promoted to Vice President, Creative Director and will continue to drive creativity, brand development and design for Paradise clients. With 17 years of experience, Glenn has a proven ability to inspire creative teams to deliver exceptional creative work to Paradise clients time and time again.
Rudy Webb has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Client Services. With 20 years of experience in client services and business development, Rudy will oversee three divisions: Client Services, Media and Public Relations. This change in structure emphasizes the importance Paradise places on client-agency relationships and a holistic, cross-functional approach to client strategy.
Kristen Murphy has been promoted to Vice President, Business Development from her previous role as Group Director, Client Services. With nearly 10 years of experience in client strategy, Kristen will be able to maximize her wide range of industry expertise, business strategy, and consultative mindset to attract and acquire new clients alongside the Paradise CEO and President.
Finally, Danielle Ackerman has been promoted to Account Director. With more than 10 years of marketing expertise on both the agency and client-side, Danielle will be leading large cross-functional teams for Paradise clients.
“We are committed to personal and professional growth for our team,” said Paradise CEO and Co-owner Barbara Karasek. “As much as we deliver success for our clients and the entire industry, we carry a responsibility to inspire individual and collective advancement. As Paradise grows, it is important that we challenge and push our team members to lead and grow, too. ”
These internal promotions are the latest examples of Paradise’s continuing growth since Barbara Karasek and her husband Tony Karasek acquired Paradise in January 2018.
