      Welcome Back to Paradise, Cris!

      We are pleased to welcome back Cris Duschek as our Director of Public Relations. With her expertise in external, internal and corporate consulting, Cris will help manage and grow Paradise’s public relations portfolio as well as promote our dynamic agency’s brand.

      Cris returns to Paradise, and Florida, after two years spent at University of Arizona Foundation as Director of Communications, where she managed internal and external communications for the fundraising arm of the university. Previously she oversaw National Media Relations at Visit Tampa Bay and served as Public Relations Director at Paradise.

      A relentless publicist with the strategic skills of an inquisitive journalist, she has written and reported for a wide range of publications, including The Economist, Adweek, American Banker, Crain’s New York Business and The Washington Post. Born in Bucharest, Romania, Cris grew up in New York and spent much of her professional career working in New York and Tampa Bay, as well as all over the globe, from Canada to Kazakhstan to Romania.For the better part of the last two decades, Cris Duschek has created and executed external and internal communication, branding and PR campaigns for a variety of industries and clients, including Visit Tampa Bay, Visit St. Pete/Clearwater, The Dalí Museum, JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort, Ducati Motorcycles, PwC (Almaty and Toronto), Bulgari jewelers and Gabriel Resources (mining). A graduate of Harvard, Cris has a Master’s Degree in Journalism from New York University.
