Paradise is seeking a talented Account Supervisor to join our Accounts team and become a Partner for Good! You will play a crucial role in managing creative services and production projects for assigned clients. Position Summary
The goals of a Paradise Account Supervisor are aligned with the needs of our team and the job role responsibilities. You are the primary accountable and responsible client relationship team member on a day-to-day basis, ensuring client work is delivered with a strategic mindset, forward-thinking approach, on time, on budget, and according to specifications from conception to completion from all departments.
As client-facing professionals, you are the frontlines of Paradise, working side-by-side with clients on the development and implementation of projects. You understand the client’s business; develop and nurture positive, sustainable relationships and ensure that the overall client experience is both productive and results-driven. An Account Supervisor functions as a valued professional to the client, managing both client and Paradise expectations. An Account Supervisor provides consistent direction and motivation to internal teams, while successfully managing all aspects of producing a project from concept development to product completion and billing.
The Account Supervisor contributes and drives the financial health of the clients and company. This includes profitability, budgets, budget tracking, and invoice tracking.
You are responsible to set a professional tone, with positive intent, and an open mindset when working and communicating with both your team and cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Manages key aspects and day-to-day of the client/account – budget, campaign strategy, scopes of work, project briefs and ensuring the strategic plan (including messaging strategy) is executed effectively, on time and on budget.
- Facilitate client communications and meet with clients on regular basis, while fostering a strong relationship with both clients and internal teams.
- Responsible for overseeing the project/job workflow for assigned accounts, working with leadership and team to ensure the efficient flow and coordination of multiple projects from conception through completion and reporting.
- Confer with key team members to collect and provide information, support, project changes, meet milestones and fulfill required tasks for each project.
- Regularly communicate status of all projects by means of weekly meetings, status reports and daily updates to appropriate team members.
- Keep management informed of account status and client/agency concerns.
- Manage challenging situations both internally and with the clients and develop solutions/take steps towards proper resolution.
- Concurrently manages multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Understand and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficacy of campaigns, with emphasis on monthly reporting and provide key takeaways and determine next steps for current and future campaigns
- Sets and manages the expectations of the client and the team in terms of agency deliverables.
- Attend relevant internal and external meetings, managing agenda development, meeting facilitation and post-meeting recaps and next steps for all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of projects, communication, approvals, budget worksheets, etc.
- Manage estimates and billing with accounting to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Monitor campaign and milestone dates, ensuring accurate and on time delivery and launch.
- Proof all client facing documents and conduct QA of client materials (versioning, adherence to specs, accurate delivery information, etc.).
- Provide forward thinking solutions and best practice strategies.
- Able to maintain and set agency internal standards, ensures creative work presented is on strategy and is an appropriate response to the brief. Develop creative briefs.

Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, communications or relevant, equivalent experience required.
- 5-7 years of account management experience.
- Experience with tourism, attractions, hospitality and/or DMO/CVB clients a definite plus.
- Experience with any of the major agency project software systems, such as Workamajig.
- Experience with all types of marketing such as Creative, Digital, Social, PR, Media.
- Proficient in the Google suite of products and all Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail oriented and task driven.
- Excellent communication skills required.

Position Summary
- The person acts as a media professional responsible for all client paid social campaigns.
- This position is supervised by the Associate Director of Digital Marketing & Analytics and works closely with other Media Team members including the Associate Media Director, Senior Media Planner, Media Buyer/Planner, Paid Search Manager, and collaborates with the organic social content team. The position is responsible for thought leadership of paid social media across all accounts, including strategy and day-to-day management of Paradise clients’ paid social campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Works in collaboration with the Associate Director of Digital Marketing & Anlaytics as thought leader for all strategy and planning related to paid social media that best aligns with overarching media strategy, across all client media plans
- Collaborates with media team members to establish Paid Social buying criteria based on client initiatives and goals.
- Set-up and management of campaigns with a clear understanding of strategy set for campaign, budget management, reporting requirements, and industry considerations, for assigned clients.
- Work across all paid social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter) and any others as needed
- Identify and research best course of action to tactically execute on client marketing goals through paid social media opportunities.
- Works closely with creative and organic social content teams to design and develop paid social media campaign assets across various platforms, as well as understanding best practices for creative in each platform.
- Works with analyst on various client’s paid social media campaigns and understand what performed well and how campaigns can be optimized efficiently
- Monitor and proactively optimize on-going campaigns for various clients
- Stay up to date on trends in social media and share with media and agency teams
- Provide all proof of performance to accounting for all campaigns facilitate invoicing to clients.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in paid social campaign management in advertising agency or client direct role
- Facebook Blueprint Planning or Buying Certification a plus.
- Experience developing strategy for social media campaigns, including input on creative and landing page strategies
- Experience optimizing or reporting on social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Pinterest
- Experience with any of the major media/agency project software systems such as Workamajig is a plus.

- Deep understanding of social platforms, including what performs well, what’s trending, and how to evolve strategy for each channel.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to create high-quality, engaging content with minimal resources, always finding ways to maximize what’s available.
- Strong writing skills: Ability to craft compelling content for short-form formats like social media posts, responses, and paid social ads, as well as occasional long-form pieces such as emails, blogs, and social media series.
- Expertise in short-form video and social-first formats (Reels, Stories, etc.), with a proven ability to capture attention quickly.
- Familiarity with video tools (Capcut, Shorts, Reels) to bring ideas to life with minimal resources—whether it’s just you, your phone, and some creativity.
- A solid understanding of today’s traveler—their sense of their priorities, emotional lives, and how to connect authentically with them.
