What do you do at Paradise and how long have you been with the agency?
I am a Creative Project Manager for Paradise and have been with the agency for six months, so I’m still relatively new.
Tell us more about your role at Paradise
This dynamic role oversees the entire lifecycle of a project—from inception to completion—ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

How long have you been in Marketing & Communications? What drew you to a career in our field?
I have been working in Marketing for 30 years, starting in New York at Warner Bros. Entertainment. My passion of film, entertainment, and writing drew me to it. I love that the field is always evolving and changing – there’s never a dull moment. This career offers physical representation of your work – great motivation to push your limits.

Alma mater/degree
I’ve earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Rutgers University and Master of Arts degrees from Full Sail University (Journalism/New Media) and Liberty University (Interdisciplinary Studies).
How do you spend your time when not connecting people to brands?
I enjoy traveling – I’ve been to 22 countries so far with hopes to visit ten more. I also enjoy reading. I have a large library at home – seven bookcases and counting.

Last tv series/show that you’ve binged or been hooked on?
Netflix’s “Peaky Blinders.” I loved the show when it originally debuted and recently binged it again when the new movie was released – “Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man.” Other shows I enjoy include “House of Guiness,” “Love, Death and Robots,” “Knives Out,” and all things “Game of Thrones.”
Favorite movie of all time?
“Star Wars” (1977)
What’s getting heavy rotation in your music playlist these days?
I’m currently vibing to the Deep House Relax playlist on Spotify.
What’s one thing about you that people would be surprised to learn?
I have several personal tidbits that people might find surprising or interesting:
- I am a leap year baby.
- I swam with sharks (black tip reef sharks in Maui).
- I have a superhero named after me (Alisande Morales – agent of S.H.E.I.L.D.).
- I have worked for the big three: Warner Bros., Disney, and NBC Universal.
- I worked with Lauren Bacall on her final autobiography before she passed (2004).
