Paradise is happy to announce that Nicole “Niki” Kaylor has joined its executive ranks as Chief Strategy Officer, a newly created position. In this role, Niki will steward the clients’ strategic integrated marketing direction and oversee the Account Services and Media Services departments, while collaborating closely with all cross-functional departments to shape strategic direction, strengthen client relationships, and ensure the agency’s continued growth and success.
Niki comes to Paradise from BVK, where as Vice President she served as a key strategic business leader and trusted client advisor on all aspects of client business. Throughout her career she has worked closely with client partners to build brands in several industries: hospitality and tourism, retail, healthcare, non-profits, real estate, CPG and B2B. Niki has marketed such clients as Ocean City Maryland Tourism, Explore Georgia, The Peabody Hotel Group, The Breakers Hotel, Niagara Falls, AdventHealth, the American Cancer Society, Northside Hospital and Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.
She is an advertising agency strategic leader with 20+ years of integrated marketing & communications experience, focused on leading high-performance teams and planning and implementing campaigns that contribute to the strategic growth, positioning and profitability of prestigious companies. Before BVK she served as Senior Vice President, Group Account Director at Blue Sky Agency and 22squared.
“We have long watched Niki from the other side of the fence and are thrilled that she is now on our team,” said Paradise Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner Barbara Karasek. “She is a powerhouse in the industry, with a uniquely approachable style of leadership and client advocacy that are essential to success as A Partner for GoodSM. We admire the success she has achieved leading teams and client strategies, coupled with a magic touch for building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and partners. Thanks to the growth we have experienced over the last few years, it was critical that we create the Chief Strategy Officer role, and we couldn’t think of anyone better to lead in this capacity.”
Added Niki: “I have known and respected Paradise for a very long time and often wished to know more about this dynamic team that always showed up, and often won, important pitches. On a personal level I have known key members of the leadership team and always found them to be extraordinary people. It was important to me to find a career home to match my own energy, purpose and values and I know that is undoubtedly true with the Paradise team. I truly look forward to what we can all do together!”
Niki and her husband are the parents of three children and reside in the Tampa area with their youngest. Spending time with family and friends, travel, and sports are just a few of Niki’s favorite things.
